Some internal departments have been cut down to bare bones and full time employees are being told to work 4 day weeks and use either a vacation day or take a day without pay. It's obvious that business is booming. We're told the stock holders want more money so this is how they are getting it. Management is weak and morale is low. "Do more with less" is the new mantra.
