Pros
Solid work/life balance and great office environment. Still, it depends on the group. Leadership has not gone down the dumb RTO route out of ego, unlike many other employers. There's a strong sense of trust that people do their work.
Cons
The main office is in Reston. It is pretty, but Reston nonetheless. Employee referrals do not count for much. There's a lot of talk about "we are 1 ICF", but in reality there are a lot of micro-companies (lines of business) that do not support each other. Some groups experienced awful layoffs, while others have zero interest in hiring from within.
