Pros
This company has integrity and I've find that very refreshing. Everyone at the office is highly skilled and contributes to projects at hand. The organizational structure is not really hierarchal at all, which is great because employees feel valued at all levels. No ego-trips here.
Cons
It's a somewhat big organization, so certain tasks can feel bureaucratic. This can be overcome though with pre-planning and knowledge of the processes.
