Pros
Work life balance was fair. If I had to work from home, no problem as long as I got my work done. Company holiday party is impressive.
Cons
Minimal salary increases. Less than 2% which doesn’t even cover inflation. If I had a problem I had to go through hoops to get a response. Too many layers of internal processes to get a response from something ranging from simple to complex.
