Pros
Talent at mid and lower levels. There are roles and teams that still may provide a positive work environment but in the ever shifting quicksand of this company- I wouldn't assume anything is a given over a 12 -24 month period of time.
Cons
With a revolving door of the most senior roles at the company, leaders lead from a place of fear which creates a truly toxic culture which lacks vision and severely lacks culture. This purports to be a value based environment but that is lip service. No one can tell you the vision or values of the company. There are slow lay-offs happening all of the time and many of the best people are quietly leaving on their own. I wouldn't recommend anyone from my family or friends to take a position here - and I don't think many current employees would either .
