      Good pay with regular promotions for quality staff. The leadership seems committed to families.

      Cons

      Annual increases are mediocre, so get in with a wage you can live with for a while. Also, there is a huge focus on utilization. If you're not billing 100%, you're likely to be let go.

      Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
