the culture sucks and there's no growth from the inside. new employees see middle and upper management succeeding by treating their subordinates like sled dogs. new employees, believing that this is how you get things done, treat their colleagues the exact same way, thinking it will advance their careers, but the joke's on them and they're not going anywhere.
