flexible work environment, casual, ability to work from home
Cons
no office culture - you can go years without knowing someones name or job title, no career guidance from upper management, no career advancement unless you are in a specific field, everyone is always too busy to respond to a simple email, lots of extra hours for no pay, always told we need to cut back on budgets and constant lays off.
