      Pros

      Senior management is very friendly to junior staff. They understand that junior staff is required to get the work done.

      Cons

      Senior management can be unwilling to hand major responsibilities to junior staff. The mentality that work must be done with the least amount of time billed to clients makes it hard to give junior staff the training that they need to become consultants.

      Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
