      Pros

      Deep bench of extremely talented, knowledgeable staff and management. Very collaborative work environment. Management treats staff with respect and responsibility. Lots of autonomy. Feel valued by management. 24/7 IT support generally responsive.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is unequally distributed among staff. Some have it easy, others being worked to death. Little to no administrative support in house.

      Cons

      Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
