I joined ICF because I was looking for an opportunity to apply my skills in a way that helped make an impact on the environment. I got what I was looking for and so much more. The people are smart, passionate, and committed. The company values the ideas of the individual. Great place for people to have an entrepreneurial spirit. It's a place where you can gain a lot of experience at a very early stage in your career.
Cons
We have been growing rapidly, it's not always easy to get the systems (for expenses, travel, etc.) in place that are best suited to our individual business areas because the company is large.
