      Pros

      Decent healthcare and there is a 401k match of 3.5%. Free gym and supervisors stay out of my way I working.

      Cons

      Management is way above the normal worker, time off in accounting is blacked out for half the year. Better enjoy them telling you when to vacation.

      Flexible with hybrid work options however the degree of flexibility is highly dependent on your team/manager. The work is interesting.

      Cons

      The ability to move up depends a lot on your manager and relationships with others, not necessarily strictly your work product.
