Pros
Great coworkers and direct manager, lots of freedom on the road. No micromanagement, you are given a territory and it's up to you to execute. Company van, not chained to a desk, just a meeting every other week.
Cons
Used to be a generous bonus/recognition structure. You felt invested in the business. If your territory performed well or if you went above and beyond it reflected in your paycheck. All of that changed the last 3 years or so.
