      Job stability Easy work Good office location, nice coworkers Great interview process, was very fair

      Cons

      Work can get monotanous and boring, wasn't very challenging most of the time Not a lot of problem solving, a lot of templates Compensation is poor for a Software Engineer position, especially with the cost of living in Reno
