Medical benefits are decent, but outrageously expensive, nearly $100 per person every two weeks. Bonuses have been essentially reduced pennies on the dollar. Management does not promote from within. Management will perform large scale reduction in force layoffs with zero notice to employees. There has been an significant uptick in outsourcing development and testing; most new positions with the company are in China.
