      Great recognition when true effort is made and results in positive outcomes.

      Cons

      INVISTA employees are brainwashed with meaningless MBM info, Bottom line it is used to justify not paying professionals what they are worth. The company is a great place to work to gain meaninful experience, but if you want to be paid close to what you are worth, don't stay long-term.
