Pros
Office location is decent, plenty of good places to eat, other than that, none.
Cons
Where to begin? When I started at IQPC, all seemed legit and friendly, all the staff were welcoming and friendly. Then after a month or so of building trust with them, you realise they are all out to spite you, like leaders of a pack pushing out the newcomers. They will do anything and I mean ANYTHING to screw your chances of enjoying the role there. Methods include the girls flirting with you to get what they want then to report to managers and HR that you made moves on them; managers all saying how great you're doing then arranging to have you replaced with someone else. The hours were ok for me myself (wasn't in sales) but there were times when I was made to stay late or lose my job (latest for me was 9pm), this was unpaid overtime baring in mind! One day I left my house to get to work at 7am, and was made to stay late until 8:30pm not getting home much before 10:30/11pm; just to repeat the next day. Management is one of the biggest concerns at this company, nearly everyone is given glorified titles like "director or manager", when most of these people are fresh in to the career. Furthermore however, there is a ring of bullies within management, this is from the management of sales and other departments, through to the HR department up to the MD. They all keep close tabs on the many and I mean MANY people they choose to spy and invade on privacy. One time I remember seeing across my manager's screen while talking with him and an email that I had sent was then forwarded to him with "FYI" attached to it as if it was some sort of harassment, (luckily my manager was one of the few decent people there). The turnover in the company is ridiculous. I gave up trying to build friendships with anyone new as they were very lucky if they were to stay for long. Some people only ever last a week before management have enough and give them the elbow! I remember one day we had a new team member, he felt the vibe of the place and left that same day, if I knew of glassdoor before working at IQPC I would never of accepted the position. If for some reason this review doesn't provide enough verification to steer clear of the company, then by all means go ahead, but you will soon regret it.
