Pros
I work with the Institute for Defense and Government Advancement (IDGA), one of the divisions of IQPC. We have a great team and are a really close knit group within IDGA, and host a lot of social events outside of work. We have a ton of really great events that we host, and get to travel to some awesome spots regularly, including Florida, California, Texas and DC. We also have a hybrid work schedule with multiple work from home days every week. Management is always really supportive, and there is a lot of room for growth, training and moving up within the company. Compensation is solid, and the office is centrally located near Grand Central Station. Overall, the job is really rewarding, and the people are great.
Cons
The office can sometimes be a bit spread out given overlapping WFH days, but I know that we will be relocating nearby to a brand new office within the year.
