      good people to work with.

      Cons

      hard hours. lately all the fun is being taken out of the job. promotion process is a bit gray - comes down to personal feelings more than your hard work. seniors are not engaged enough with the work. too many projects for too little people. nobody stays at the firm for more than 1-2 years
