Pros

Flexibility in schedule is nice in the work from home 2-3 days per week option, offices in the Plaza building are new, so it's somewhat pleasant.

Cons

Since going public, there is an obvious shift to maintain the bottom line at all costs. Serious cost cutting happening. Moving nearly all the RTP workers into the Plaza building is creating a poor parking situation. Oh but of course upper mgmt. have their parking spaces reserved, so they needn't worry about it. They have removed all the half-cubes we had for 4 years, and have implemented new wonderful seating, in which you practically share your desk space with your neighbor. Micro reimbursement has been cut from $1200 for upgrades every 3 years, to $800...lovely. And of course the medical/dental benefits costs placed on the employee have been increased. Additional cost cutting can be seen by the leaders decision to move jobs from the US to India and other low cost countries. I would definitely think twice before applying for job here.

Pros

Remote work option is nice to have

Cons

Zero support from management, with employee development and team concerns often taking a back seat to other priorities. Morale continues to go downhill, and several colleagues exploring opportunities elsewhere or leaving the organization already. The culture is challenging, particularly around providing candid feedback, as employees often are tracker down and face negative repercussions and retaliations. Career advancement depends more on aligning with leadership preferences than on merit and performance. Would not recommend this company to those seeking a supportive environment with transparent growth opportunities. Overall, the culture is political and difficult to navigate.
