      I just started IQVIA, it has been 6 months, it is one of the best organizations, they have the best benefits, the staffs are friendly and helpful, they helped me alot. working here is based on life balance, you are free to leave your work anytime if you need an urgent thing or sickness.

      Cons

      So far I have not seen any negative points. they are improving management and staff frequently. due to that, they have one of the best managements

      Pros

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
