Horrible management team, they do not provide feedback at all and managers are very demanding. Social values are not important here and the onboarding and social network are unreal. There is an urgent need of process implementation as well as close relationships manager-employee. It is really difficult to fit in an old process environment where ideas are not welcome and everybody is so busy to hear your queries or either way give feedback.
