This is a family owned company and the entire culture is that of a family. Employees are treated as such, rather than a number. As an employee, I feel appreciated and that I am a contributing factor to the company's success. There are a number of long tenured employees, which speaks volumes as to the company culture. Individual and team successes are celebrated. Teamwork is an important aspect of the culture. The company cares about their customers and their employees. Safety and continuing education/training are considered priorities, including winning numerous awards in both areas over the past several years. Pay and benefits are very good.
