Pros
You get the feeling that they need you. The work that you're doing is important and it is making a difference in somebody's life. With such a quick release cycle, you're also working at a very quick pace to get everything done, so it's a real exciting environment.
Cons
Not much. It's a great place to be. Maybe just that when you tell people you worked at "Indeed" not too many people know what it is, even though it is such a huge site.
