Salaries below market, they ask that people have a master degree and years of experience for a salary in the low 60's ( and that is including bonus) , I wish Indeed spent less on happy hours and a plethora of activities catered to provide fun to the twenty-something and start paying fairly. Leadership is provided by people that might have vast knowledge about the company but whose only job has been at Indeed and with poor management skills, tolerance for laziness is ok because preferences towards friends are not unusual, this promotes a culture of self entitlement that makes work harder than it should be.
Open PTO sounds like a great perk at the beginning but then one realizes that some people overuse it whereas some people use little time off, and for the latest, there is no pay for unused time when leaving.
