Pros

This is an astonishingly nice place to work, in a company experiencing very rapid growth. My recruitment experience was speedy, thorough and allowed me to properly understand the company. In total I spoke with 8 people over the course of a month. The onboarding is excellent. They bring all new starters across Europe to their EMEA headquarters in Dublin for a day of introductions and to give you your new MacBook Pro and to allow you to meet key colleagues. The offices are extremely nice, the technology is very good and people work collaboratively within offices and with colleagues around the world. Most meetings are only 30 minutes, there is a real emphasis on making good decisions using accurate data and then getting on with things. They have good benefits, including unlimited holiday (to be negotiated with your manager). And behind it all is a genuine mission to help everyone to find and secure a good job.

Cons

Free snacks in the kitchen have forced me to increase my willpower rather than my waistline! Inevitably a company growing so quickly can require employees to embrace change and understand ambiguity. This is not for everyone and you have to be willing to accept that today's approach and structures will probably not be around forever.

Pros

I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

Cons

The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
