Pros

Location in the city close to trains

Cons

Directors have left, right down to account executives Indeed does not care nor value its employees You are number that has to hit a number to survive There are favourites that get what they want and promoted - Senior HR thinks there is nothing wrong with staff leaving or leaving bad reviews Half the team has left this year alone hr doesn't even know people's names!

Thank you for sharing your review. We are sorry you feel your time at Indeed has been less than great. Employee experience and development is a big priority for us, and we want to make sure all our staff receive support and recognition from our leadership and HR teams. We do not encourage favoritism within teams, as we believe every employee should have a fair and equal opportunity to work towards their full potential at Indeed. As we continue to grow and evolve as a company, we want to make sure our employees have opportunities to do the same. There are endless ways for our staff to gain different experiences and take on new challenges within roles, within teams, and within the company. Please reach out to your local leadership/HR team - we would like to find out more about your experience so we can address it immediately, and help you understand where you might be able to get even more support internally. You can also email inside@indeed.com for a confidential conversation if you prefer.

Pros

I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

Cons

The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
