      Admirable mission, good PTO policy, free events & snacks

      Cons

      Slow advancement through the company and pay increases are rare and not significant. They use free stuff to keep you engaged vs. actually presenting opportunities to grow your career. Party culture

      Pros

      Fully remote. One of the nicest teams/people that I’ve ever worked with. Great work life balance.

      Constant reorgs and layoffs. Tight budget for promotions.

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
