Pros

1) Inclusive 2) Great level of transparency, 3) Great benefits 4) We have the best Head of HR ever (Generally speaking, all members of the Senior Leadership Team are impressively good at their job) 5) Following Covid times, Flexibility is the one aspect the company is really investing into 6) amazing work/life balance

Cons

If you ask them, most employees will tell you Indeed doesn't pay as much as other big tech companies in the business. What I think is that if you make money your priority, yes, there will be companies that will definitely pay more. However, if you value flexibility and work-life balance (not integration, as they call it in some other BIG tech companies) more than just money, Indeed is the place to be.
