Pros
The company culture is phenomenal. There is a lot you get in addition to just a job when you work here. The food, parties, workspace, and atmosphere make it a really fun and cool place to work. Also, I believe that they handled the pandemic better than any other company. They had us work from home early on and offered a work-from-home stipend to help with the transition.
Cons
In my experience, I was hired as a contractor. It has not been a great experience. I was told that conversion to full-time would be 6 months and it has been WAY longer than that. It has been extended multiple times and used as a carrot to be dangled in front of me. I think that Indeed is a great company to work for, but only if hired full time.
