      Autonomy over your clients, good client servicing support and clear direction on quarterly objectives

      Cons

      Very large org that but very flat. Not a lot of room for advancement when performing well in sales. Sales leadership does not allow for the sales team to provide feedback or insight from their clients to help advance how we service clients.

      Fully remote. One of the nicest teams/people that I’ve ever worked with. Great work life balance.

      Constant reorgs and layoffs. Tight budget for promotions.

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
