Pros
genuinely was a great company. the people are fantastic, and the pay is great. loads of perks like unlimited annual leave and still being able to work from home 3 days per week and they looked after us brilliantly during covid
Cons
I think since the redundances were announced the company has shown its true colors. Here's a quote from the company page "We focus every day on making sure each Indeedian feels heard and valued" First, the communication was absolutely terrible our colleagues in the US had a few hours before they found out but due to employment law in Ireland, it has lasted longer which has increased stress levels. they have rushed it so much to put people under pressure to sign voluntary redundancies and give short deadlines for such a huge decision. The package itself is 50% less than the industry average and people who are here for 7 years get the same as people who are here for 4 years... they never valued loyalty. They have not taken anything on board from our reps and have given one of the worst packages in the industry while also being cash rich and based in Ireland which gives it tons of tax benefits. Trust is now lost with the vast majority of employees regardless if people stay or go. I feel all the millions they have spent over the years building their strong employer brand is now lost in Ireland. What a sad end to a fantastic company. I understand the need for redundancies but at least give a half-decent package while there is a cost of living crisis and a tough environment to find an equivalent job
