      Great work life balance and benefits (health insurance is amazing).

      Cons

      As the company grew and grew, it became glaringly obvious that the employees were just a number, another cog in the machine. I have made less money each year as a result of organizational changes that keep being made.

      Fully remote. One of the nicest teams/people that I’ve ever worked with. Great work life balance.

      Constant reorgs and layoffs. Tight budget for promotions.

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
