Pros
Indeed has a good mission, and pretty good flexibility in what your team could be working on. PTO policy was pretty lenient as well as pretty good benefits.
Cons
Within the 3 years I worked here, multiple great perks were removed, the first (and second) ever layoffs happened, and SLT quickly moved to worsen working conditions while taking no responsibility for their failures. Priorities and direction change on a quarterly basis, with systemic lack of coordination between teams that can become political.
