- Good WLB - Friendly, positive coworkers - Not intense - Some talented engineers - Interesting projects in some parts of the company
Cons
- Poor leadership - Lack of product vision. There hasn't been an innovative product launch in years - Over hired during the pandemic, which has led to annual layoffs - Lots of duplicate work among teams - Not the strongest engineering organization - Lots of coasters - Not much stratification in bonus payouts. Gives little incentive for people to invest in their work - Company is trying to guard its market share and cut costs vs growing
