The Auditorium is severely understaffed, but the top dog won’t admit it. No diversity amongst staff. Not only will they not admit it, they’ll actively punish you if you mention it. They do everything they can to gaslight their staff into believing they’re the problem. They also push this narrative that the Auditorium is world renown, mostly to make their staff feel like it’s a privilege to work there, when any normal person can tell it’s just a random university theatre. They pull some cool shows, but the management is so horrendous they also chase some acts away. Don’t work here. I don’t even know you, and I know for a fact you deserve better from an employer.
