      Tons of super talented people coming together to make something for millions

      Cons

      Job security feels weak but that's just the game industry in general right now. Some managers can be aggressive for little reason and make false promises (This is definitely not all).

      Pros

      - Great leadership - Helpful coworkers - People generally want to do the right thing and are pretty self-motivated

      Cons

      Like all entertainment companies that grew too big after the covid boost, there was a lot of churn, tons of hiring (that could/should have been internal promotions), and a bunch of wonderful people got overlooked/left behind and eventually left.
