Excellent managers paired with very competent co-workers leads to quite a enjoyable work environment. Hybrid WFH is very nice, with Wednesdays and Fridays WFH. Free lunches provided M-F, along with a snack section if you value that. Generous bonuses dependent on if your game generates lots of revenue with minimal external help

Internal promotion is difficult. Borderline necessary overtime, especially when getting towards ship, some nights can go more than late. Slightly below pay for the industry, but still fair and can be made up for via bonuses. Communication internally can be hard across departments.
