Pros

The following applies if you're male: Great corporate experience for those that have never been exposed to corporate America. Excellent place to cut your teeth in working with clients.

Cons

A work day is not what most define as a work day. I worked for the company for several years and as long as I was putting in a solid 50 hours plus, I was in good shape. The only time I was ever recognized for my effort was during a month where I was averaging 60 hours a week. It was impossible to get your work done unless you show up first, work, through lunches, and leave last. Sexual harassment runs rampant. Several women have confided in me personally, separate instances, that they experienced sexual harassment weekly. I wanted to help but they were afraid to report anyone in fear of retribution. The lack of accountability on the operational side is unfathomable. I cannot believe how many times i witnessed and personally experienced a lack of accountability by the call center Managers and Directors. it is unreal that it is allowed to happen and from what i understands continues to happen. I personally was asked to take advantage of clients by over billing and lying. i eventually left the company because i could no longer morally do what i was asked to do.

In 5/14/25, I was hired by InfoCision Management Corporation for a seasonal position and entered their training program. Due to unexpected technical difficulties getting my PC equipment prepared by the strict deadline, I proactively communicated with my assigned Workspace Trainer, (Ill keep his name out of it) to formally withdraw from the class rather than failing to show up. My Trainer acknowledged my situation via email and explicitly stated: "Sorry to hear that you weren’t able to get it fixed in time. You’re more than welcome to reapply in 60 days pending a working pc if you would like." I recently attempted to reapply for an open position with InfoCision. Upon checking my application portal, I discovered that my profile has been flagged as "Not Eligible for Rehire." Upon further investigation into my past records, I discovered that InfoCision inaccurately logged my structural withdrawal as a "No-Call, No-Show" for rescheduled training. This administrative data-entry error has resulted in an unfair and incorrect permanent blacklisting from employment opportunities within the company, directly contradicting the explicit, documented written instructions and assurances given to me by company management at the time of my departure. When I reachout to the HR Team to resolve the issue, with my evidence mind-you, I was sent this: "This decision was decided by the HR dept, and unfortunately, they do not disclose the reasoning for the decision. We wish you the best of luck on your future endeavors. Human Resource Recruiter Infocision Management Corp." I replied with stating the reason and that im not asking for speacial treatment but this is an obvious mistake, im not some employee that got fired and now I want to just complain, I thought everthing was taken care of and got a surprise when I tried to apply again after a time and Im writing the review because this ain't right and if this is how you treat passed employees then you are not a very good company
