Pros

Easy - but this is because i was trained for 2 weeks and then left on my own to fend for myself unsure what to do.

Cons

They will train you for two weeks and then leave you alone and expect you to do online courses while waiting for a project. This could take months, and if you don't they fire you. Even after training me I was told I wasn't qualified for any of the projects the employees interviewed me on.
