Pros
They are a big consultancy and have many projects. You will not have to stay on bench for a long time. They are better to work for in India but not on-site.
Cons
Zero employee satisfaction. They don’t care about their employees and Just focus on to how they can gain more profit from the client. No bonus. No hike and very rare promotions onsite. Visa processing is also worst.
