Strong Management Process and goal driven Fun at workplace Great transparency within the company Best Knowledge management leading to lots of oppurtinity for learning new things Spectacular Campuses Big brand in India

No or very few technically challenging oppurtinities Salary is not at par with Industry standards (my not so intelligent classmate gets 4 times my salary :( ) With more employee base, more bureaucracy is creeping in. Value system is detoriating..
