Pros

One of the best company in Infrastructure and Greenary.

Cons

- Every Quater Infosys Shows Porfits - even in Recession Infosys shows huge profits ??? how?? but no hikes to employess.. right from the 1yr till 4th yr Infy employee take home salary doesnt cross 25,000 per month. Strange ?????????? - very very low standards for paying salaries compared to other companies. - If we continue working here then your Technical standards will not at all improve and gradually become low. Only Certification knowledge will be left. no practical knowledge. better leave as soon as possible. - The Worst and impractical HR policies. no need to explain, now every one knows it better. - The Worst Leave Policies. Infy employess doesn't have sick leaves also. The employee has to use the earned leaves only. - No standard in Paying. No Standard in HR policy. No Standard in Leave Policy. No Standard in Recognizing the Tallent. Just for name sake this CRR and appraisals. Over all no Standard all all. Then What is Infy for???????

Pros

Job stability – Infosys is known for long-term employment and steady projects. Strong brand value – Having Infosys on your resume adds credibility and global recognition. Good learning opportunities – Access to internal learning platforms, certifications, and training programs (especially for freshers). Global exposure – Opportunities to work with international clients and global delivery teams. Structured processes – Well-defined policies, documentation, and governance. Work-life balance (project dependent) – Many teams offer reasonable working hours. Employee benefits – Health insurance, paid leaves, and wellness initiatives. Safe and inclusive workplace – Strong focus on ethics, compliance, and diversity.

Cons

Salary growth can be slow – Compensation increments may be lower compared to market standards. Limited flexibility in role changes – Internal mobility and project switches can take time. Bureaucratic processes – Decision-making can be slow due to multiple approval layers. Project allocation delays – Bench time and delayed onboarding to projects can happen. Variable learning exposure – Skill growth depends heavily on the project assigned. Less innovation in some teams – Certain projects may use legacy technologies. Onsite opportunities are limited – Compared to earlier years, onsite roles are fewer. Performance appraisal transparency – Rating systems may feel rigid or unclear.
