      Pros

      - Good only if you get a good tech stack in your training. - And if you use it well, you can switch to other companies to get more pay.

      Cons

      - No chance of changing our tech stack, they will randomly allot you based on random number generation I guess. Let say, oracle, angular, react, mainframe. - No increase in pay. They will increase 5% which will give 2000 more rupees per month.

      2 at-home days per week

      Cons

      Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
