You'll love the campus and the way it is maintained. 2) Good facilities: bus/cab service, parking lot, convention center , ATMs, a Laundromat and many more, big food courts. 3)get a chance to work in latest technologies and lot of internal certifications to keep updated with technologies and happenings

Cons

no downsides, depends what you expect from the company. very good place to grow in technical stream, great people to support the same. And management see each people as a machine intended to do a planned job

Cons

Salary growth can be slow – Compensation increments may be lower compared to market standards. Limited flexibility in role changes – Internal mobility and project switches can take time. Bureaucratic processes – Decision-making can be slow due to multiple approval layers. Project allocation delays – Bench time and delayed onboarding to projects can happen. Variable learning exposure – Skill growth depends heavily on the project assigned. Less innovation in some teams – Certain projects may use legacy technologies. Onsite opportunities are limited – Compared to earlier years, onsite roles are fewer. Performance appraisal transparency – Rating systems may feel rigid or unclear.
