Pros

Great benefits, with bonuses, claims and staff purchase entitlements A lot of compliance to follow through, good in the sense that you won't be forced to do things that's against your integrity

Cons

Sales teams are the kings and queens in the organization. They appear to have bigger say than product teams. Instead of updating product team on pipelines for the accounts they handle, they demand pipeline from product teams without intention of following up/ taking over to ensure closure. Product marketing role is more like a sales role than pure product role. Closing sales and chasing after targets is the bulk of what product teams do, even for piecemeal sales. Marketing the product or educating the market about the product you handle appear to be less important, or almost lacking genuine focus. Not all personnels in team lead roles are there for their calibre. Employees are publicly shamed and shouted at even for minor mistakes- this happens in some business units. Need to follow the right boss

Cons

Toxic environment last several years from US ELT; Not people-first mentality; Public company pressures and metrics impacting day-to-day associates and expectations; Fear tactic implementation; Pay scales are widely vast and unjustified even based on merit, experience, and talent losing retention of resources; Lack of communication by leadership on roadmap for awareness to our resellers and vendors- lack of trust and execution with go to market objectives; Losing customer business due to no support teams in place in the big bet areas of the company (Cloud and Platform);
