      Not that I can think of any in Durgapur and Kolkata locations

      Cons

      Politics, HR is awfully bad, No Org Structure, Top leader in Durgapur and Kolkata is an absolute crack and whimsical, substandard workforce, Technical folks are highly demotivated, No standard policies and guidelines.
