Inmar has a wonderful culture that embraces change and allows employees to grow. This is a different culture and company than it was 7 years ago under the founder. No longer entrepreneurial, but a real business with real processes, high expectations and is very revenue focus. Inmar has high expectations of leaders and employees and pays a great bonus when we win. Inmar expects employees to work hard but also recognizes the value of worklife bonus. To those disgruntled people who wrote the negative reviews, do yourself and Inmar a favor and leave. Your negativity is a drag.
Cons
No company is perfect and Inmar is no exception. It would be nice to have a higher salary and bonus, but this is Winston-Salem, not NYC or Washington, DC. The salaries match the local market.
