Pros

Trying to modernize the tech stack. Work life balance is out of the window. Friendly and helpful people. No more pros come to mind

Cons

Very few to negligible employee benefits. Stressful work environment due to frequent layoffs. Upper management is not transparent with employees about the future of the company.

Pros

If you're new to sales and can find no other job, this can be a good way to get some experience

Cons

The organization faces ongoing challenges that impact sales performance and morale. Compensation is below market relative to expectations, and quotas often feel misaligned with actual market conditions and available resources. There is limited inbound demand, placing a heavy reliance on outbound efforts without consistent support. Territory distribution and opportunity allocation can feel uneven, which creates additional friction across the team. Leadership direction and long-term strategy are not always clearly communicated, leading to uncertainty and frequent shifts in focus. Management style can lean toward micromanagement rather than empowering experienced reps. That said, the sales team itself is strong—there are many talented professionals who are capable of delivering results. However, their effectiveness is often constrained by structural and strategic challenges. Additionally, the product suite appears to be lagging behind competitors, which can make it more difficult to win and retain business in a competitive market.
