Pros
Salary and that's it. There's nothing I can say about Insight that would be considered a "Pro" in any way shape or form.
Cons
Everything else. From withholding work product from customers, to outright incompetence at almost every level (field engineer to management), project coordination and project management are the worst of any "professional" services organization I've ever seen.
